putting the hi in hiatus

just a quick note to say that i'm currently at my parents home for a bit. i needed a break from london and looking after myself. i'm having a lovely time cooking wholesome meals and baking cakes for my family but i am without my laptop therefore blogging will be on hold until i return to the big smoke, most likely on thursday. don't have too much fun without me.

escape to the country

so this week a group of us goldsmiths lot packed our tents and went to suffolk for a couple of days to camp in the woods for our friend felix's 21st birthday (as in felix's very own private woods). it was absolutely amazing - complete with swings and bunting and even a secluded toilet (thanks felix's dad). after packing up we went to visit felix's house which is an adorable converted chapel in a sparsely populated suffolk village. his house was incredible and we were all extremly jealous and beggingto be adopted by felix's parents. more photos will be put up once i get my film developed. its made wish i grew up in the countryside and reconsider my plan to stay in london forever. wow, heavy.

p.s. i still don't like camping.
