pandas rock

so i've had this image saved on my computer for years popping up now & again as a desktop or phone background...

then on last night's buzzcocks noel fielding is wearing this rather fetching ensemble...

(sorry for the quality, it was a screen grab) how awesome is that? so this morning i tracked it down on the internet and found that it's a design by sibling and is available here.

sneak peak: jessie jo x vans lookbook

blue velvet dress & leopard print beanie and oh what are those?!

see more over at the cobrasnake. collection released sometime near the holidays.

who's that chick?

oh hi it's me! just wanted to share my new cosy woollen skirt. i couldn't seem to find anybody else modelling it on the internet so i resorted to a horribly shot blackberry photo of myself, apologies! primark has such a good collection of woollen maxi skirts in at the moment in so many good colours to choose from - camel, burgundy, khaki - i originally went for the khaki but saw this cheeky number hidden behind and had to get it too (this one was £10 and the khaki one £12 which is more than i like to spend in primark but i reckon these will be winter staples and they fit so nice!). so hi, this is me in my hallway.

timeless classic

NY based photographer and blogger, Jamie Beck of From Me To You, has to be one of the most well dressed (as well as stunning) people in the entire blogosphere. Her dedication to vintage is admirable, over fashion week she took her outfit inspiration from fashion icons of the past. I think the results are absolutely beautiful.

hocus pocus emo

this is my october wishlist for under £30, a little worst witch don't ya think? i don't think i'd necessarily wear it all as one outfit, a bit too matchy matchy.

striped top / topshop [sale £10.00]
skirt / idol at new look [£24.99]
necklace / regal rose on ebay [7.00] - this is a cheat because i did actually buy this
boots / m&s [£29.50]

all this black reminds me of suri's burn book (if you aren't already aware of this then go on that) and her comment about angelina jolie - "it’s obvious she’d rather be focusing on ruining other people’s marriages and shopping for things that are black". HAH.

so this was fun. i might make some more of these and generally become a better blogger. WATCH THIS SPACE.
